Where can you rent a BA? Or decent Australian car?

People from overseas have been contacting me, they are comming to australia and would like to rent a Commodore or a Falcon. Obviously not just a plebean one, a SS or XR6T or calias or Fairmont Ghia.. etc

So is there anywhere in australia you can rent cars like this, money itself isn't so much a issue as avaliblity.. They figure if they are going to drive around australia they might as well enjoy it in something uniquely australia, rather than korean or japanese car which they could drive at home..

Nobody seems to do it? Does anyone here or at Ford know any place??

www.hertz.com.au ? I know they rent out AU Fairlane Ghias, not sure about any luxury BA's though - Fairmont Ghia, but the AU Fairlane would be a nice ride around Australia either way!

Their website seems a bit shit and slow so you might like to look up their number in the Yellow Pages and give them a call! Good luck :)

The Ford Motor Company own 100% of Hertz worldwide, so they'd be the first place I'd look if I wanted to rent a Falcon.

Cheers

I have seen rental BA's lined up and ready to go at Sydney airport.

So, they wouldn't be to hard to find.
