Hi Guys,

Ive got a question, and I hope David Flint can answer it.

Now that FPV is here, and Tickford has been laid to rest, will all us Tickford owners (there couldnt be too many FPV owners yet....hehehe) be considered to be part of the FPV family?

The FPV website doesnt refer to anything about the Tickford owners being included, unless you own a T series or are in a club.

Will we stay on your database and be entitled to Blueprint and the family day if we dont belong to a club? And there is a huge percentage of Tickford owners that dont belong to clubs

I hope we wil be included in the exciting stuff that is happening and not left out because we have the wings not the bird....

Any new member to the car clubs is automatically being updated to be included in the Blueprint run

I dont see this FPV change as a step away from clubs but a move to make them an important part of the FPV community.

Mate,

Im not talking about the people in the car clubs, I know they will get them, I have left a club recently and I would like to know if I will still be entitled to Blueprint, and will FPV consider all those Tickford owners not associated with clubs, part of the FPV family?

Or will we have to be part of a club to be recognised? Noone can tell me.

Will I stay on their database whilst I own my XR8 until I get my FPV GT? I imagine any BA XR owner wont be part of FPV, but what about pre BA?

I dont wont to be part of any club at the moment, so does that mean I sacrifice what Tickford, now FPV have available for owners?

Ford Performance vehicles is simply a latter day refocusing of the Ford performance branding that will not, in any way, attempt to disenfranchise the loyal customer base.

The past and present owners of Tickford enhanced / badged vehicles are a part of the heritage that now moves forward to a new phase with the FPV brand.

I could see that in the FPV website that Tickford modified vehicles are part of the heritage of FPV, but it says only FPV owners, T-series owners and club members will be eligible to Blueprint.

What Im wondering is that the part 'FPV owners' includes pre BA XR owners.

Im just worried that FPV will distance themselves from Tickford badged XRs as they concentrate on kicking HSV/Holdens ass....And it would most upsetting to be in the wilderness whilst I frantically save for a GT....hehehehe
