All right. Rumors are flying around here about the AV, but I wanna know, who is actually going to buy one?
Is everyone interested in the specs because you are interested if it will kill the Commodore, or becasue you actually want to buy one?
Me? Well, like everyone else, I would love a XR8 or XR6T, but the insurance will kill me.
So, I will be seriously considering a AV Forte. I mean, specualtion aside on engine outputs, this will be a great fast car. And I won't have to sell my Mum to insure it.
I will also be seriously looking at a new Focus ST170.
Mate i think if you see me at the Ford dealers looking at a Barra in October i'll be tyre kickin. Don't think the bank would let me get an AV after my recent purchase.:MUha: :MUha: :MUha:

Well, I never thought I'd say this but I'm seriously buying an XR if a certain feature is to my liking (mind you, it has to actually on the XR to begin with). This feature hasn't been revealed to be on the XR but it's on the Fairmont for sure. I'm sure this feature will come out in the open soon.
But a Focus is still largely on the cards! :s2:

It will be a toss up between the GT or the XR - I will wait until both are released to see which offers better bang for buck...looking forward to the release
I'm SERIOUSLY thinking about it. I'm in love the *rumoured* XR6 Turbo.
However I also want to move house and get out of the ghetto I live in now.
Hmm... car or house... or both...
As Tweak would say: Too much pressure! I can't handle it!

My other half has a company car and will hand it back for the car allowance, we will then we will most likely buy a Barra V8 Forte.
I am getting a company car either in August (!!) or a Barra Forte in January. So potentially there could be two Barras in my driveway byy early next year!
