Parking Inspector, coz the Speed Camera Operator only has to get off his arse when something goes wrong. He just has to take the fines down to the local post office for grannies doing 160 in a Datsun 120Y.... although, it must be hard for the Speed Camera Operator to know the whole country hates his work.

Definatly the parking inspector. Lets face it, both are hated by everyone but the parking inspector still has the real history of being a scumbag. Git the camera operator another 20 years, then they will have that long term, history of being hated.

I think parking inspectors have somewhat a choice on whether or not to fine someone depending on circumstances. Speed camera operators dont have much of a choice but to sit in the car for long periods of time just doing their job.

Just my opinion.

PS. Parking inspectors are still worse.
