What i would like to know is, who started the bickering between ford & holden enthusiast's. Cant we just get along like one big happy family!?

I'm sick of "A" Grade, brain dead *MORON'S* giving me hell about driving/owning a Ford!

I Was never bias'ed between the 2 till i bought a ford. now i spit on just the logo of holden, cant stand the sight of them, but i dont go rubbing my opinions in their faces.

What kind of insecure, retard has to take part in this kind of behaviour?!

I notice there has never been such rivalry since Au was released. The AU has been a walking (or driving whcih ever you like) stereotype for Holden fans to use against ford fans. But the rivalry of GM vs Ford has always been huge for the last 40 odd years and probably even longer. I can't see this changing soon as the time will change, the mentality of poeple won't change, therefore you will just have to live with the fact that some poeple won't like your ride, and some poeple will try and deminish the quality of what you drive for the fact that they dislike it or do not follow the brand which produces them.

Well thats what made me become a diehard Ford fan, back when i drove the EF at school, you get friggin holden guys saying fords suck because they do type scenario VR Commo's are better and get this they haven't driven an EF.
I'm one of the few back in high school who have driven both cars back to back.
It seems you have to be one or the other cause society makes it that way.

I think these days though between us and the LS1 guys it's a friendly rivelry as i reckon the LS1 forum guys know what they talking about and understand there cars just like we do with ours.

It's symptomatic o V8 Supercars. With only two manufacturers, the them vs us mentality is heightened. Back when the Fords & Holdens were mixed with the 2.0l milk brigade, it was a V8's vs 4 pot tribal thing, so there was at least some common bond against joint enemy.
