Thumbs down Who wants to hear about my SHITE day.

Well,

Went to get a re-alignment done they couldnt do it cas one of the bars was slightly bent, need to get a new one. Then I was driving to the petrol station car stops cas its outa fuel, then me being as slow and stupid as me, I slide the shifter into reverse aiming for parkthing "Oh yeah Ill park here", 'CRUNCH REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEERRRRRRRRRRR" Shit. get to the petrol station mechanic says gear box should be fine had a drive of it says it will be ok. Get home put it into park its reving heaps high then almost stalling in Park and Neutral but not others. Take it to my mechanic and its normal, he said it was probly just the dirt in the fuel when you let it run dry. And he said the that I wouldnt of hurt anything accidently putting it in reverse.

Do you think I woulda hurt anything??? Diff or anything?
Would the idle thing just be cause of dirty fuel or did I do somethin wen I shifted into reverse????
