Looks more like it had a run-in with a propeller from another plane?

PARAFIELD AIRPORT INCIDENT SUNDAY 26TH AUGUST
Thanks to Bill Dwyer,
PR Officer, for this story
A telephone call from the B Shift Logistics District Officer Jim Grivell at 20:00 hours set in place a chain event and media inquiries, which lasted for the following 48 hours.
The owner and pilot of a single engine six-seater aircraft had arrived at Parafield Airport at 18:00 and prepared his aircraft for a flight to Whyalla. Upon discovery of a flat battery, he decided to hand crank the propeller. It is recommended that a pilot is in control of the plane in the pilots seat; the park brake is on and
wheel chocks are in place before attempting this. Unfortunately none of these recommendations were followed. Inevitably, when the engine started, the plane proceeded to taxi down the runway, hitting four single engine Warrior planes, destroying all.
The plane traveled another 150m, where it collided with the
twin engine plane shown below, causing $1.4 million damage. All six aircraft have now been classified as written off by the insurance companies and their owners. An investigation into the incident is currently underway.
The news crews had been denied access to the airfield and the immediate incident area, removing opportunities to gain adequate video or photographs. The media rely on gaining video and photos to make the story and show the actions taken by the Fire Service. After con*****tion with D/O Castle to determine the safety issues for the media, permission was given for me to escort the media to the incident location.
