Ok, first off let me say that I really don't know who Holden is. I don't even know what their cars look like, but I've noticed that you guys seem to not like them. Are they an Australian car? Do they sell well? I know they don't have them in the US, maybe select dealers. What is it about Holden that you guys don't like. Also, could someone explain this other company Tickford to me. We don't have those in the USA either. Thanks.

Vulcan: Holden are the equivalent to Chev in the states. They are the GM representative for Australia. They use chev engines. So they are our enemy:arggg1:
Tickford Is ford australias official performance arm.

Vulcan: the mustang cobra was done by SVT but when ford Australia imported it they took of the SVT badge and now sell it through FTE (ford tickford experience) dealers. It does not have any tickford badge as such though and on the ford australia website is is just called mustang cobra.

The Ute probably has the greatest chance of getting to the states due to the fuel tank location (ahead of the rear axel), but I don't think Holden have done the LHD development that they have done on the sedan and wagon versions (see www.gmme.com)
