Just wanted to know if anyone has had any luck contacting FoMoCo about paying a 1st month car payment when the car has been in the shop longer than I have been driving it?
Problem is the 07 Freestyle needs a new rear differential pump and the part is backordered for another 3 weeks. I have only driven the vehicle 2 weeks - the other 5 weeks it has been sitting in the shop waiting for the parts.
Does anyone have any experience or contact information? Just thought I would ask :)
