Woman hits motorcyclist and drives on .

That's a nasty one, and we daresay the rider was pretty lucky to make it out of this crash with minor injuries. And it's the type of hit and run incident we see much too much of in Russia... making us wonder once more if it's not even mandatory to do so in certain places...

First of all, the scooter rider could have easily gotten away from this if he only steered to the right a bit, putting some distance between his vehicle and the reckless lady. Or he could even pull over, as it's always wiser to let an idiot overtake you and then drive safely.

However, his lack of reaction does not legitimate the lady's irresponsible behavior. And honestly, seeing her more worried about her car than about the fate of the rider brings some unhealthy thoughts in mind...

Hit and run punishment should be extremely severe, indeed, and heavily enforced, all over the world, because it's one of the most repugnant things a driver or rider could ever do to a fellow motorist "
