Bluey just posted best / worst drivers by state, but for my money, and there will be a little generalising here...., the worst sort of drivers are (in no particular order):
couriers. in utes, vans or hatchbacks. these guys must really hate their jobs and lives cos every move looks like it was intended to be their last.
taxi drivers. had some interesting experiences in many cabs, but the scariest was a minivan in melbourne. i really believed i was going to die that night. NB...hint for cabbies, those plastic and glass things on your car doors are called mirrors. they help you tp see what is behind you.
that d*#khead in the magna the other day. yes, your car is quicker than a mondeo. but how will it fare against an xr???? i wish **very** bad infections on you.
people who wear hats while driving. an oldie, but a goodie. and this extends beyond old people in bowling hats. these are a dying breed, but have been sadly replaced by backwards baseball caps in excells sporting large wings etc etc etc. can someone explain why a hat is worn in a car? the only thing it seems to do is stop the oxygen reaching the brain.
all cars sporting silly bodykits and 'farty', drainpipe size tailpipes. nothing wrong with a bit of styling and an exhaust note, but "all show, no go" is a waste of time. a large bore tail pipe with farting noises doesnt help...try modifying the exhaust system **before** the muffler.
You forgot to add most 4WD drivers, many a time I have found them merging apon me until they actually look over their shoulder or in the mirror and realise it wasnt such a good idea in the first place. I had a mini-bus (full of handicapped kids) doing this to me the other day, but the driver never saw me so I had to slam on the brakes and swerve...

Hyundai Excel, Female, 18- 25yrs, mobile in one hand, cigarette in the other, driving in Melbourne of course.
This is from actual experience - watch out if you get two or more together.
Right on the money Bluey, I had on of these d*** h*** drivers run into me and do a runner a few months back.
The Excel driver who flogs the living daylights outta the car, no money to get mags just black stockies, probably dodgy lowered suspension, and a backyard job exhaust. They piss me off baad.

These guys just are continously attempting to prove their manhood whenever they can by tailgating, dangerous passing etc.
Hehehe until they meet a Falcon driver. :s5 :s5

Correction: All cars with fish stickers and other religious crap (like "I'm not perfect - Just saved" - smug bastard!) are driven by people whose driving performance demonstrates that they will be sitting at the right hand of God a bloody sight sooner than the rest of us.
