I hope this car hasn't been discussed before in some earlier post, but what I saw what I reckon would have to be the most insane looking E series car while driving today.

Today whilst driving through a set of lights I spotted a white XR6 wagon with the quad headlights and a fairlane grill. It looked as though it was EF falcon. It's definately the weirdest combo I have ever seen and to be honest I didn't like the look one bit. I suppose the owner was desperate for some sought of grill on his EF, lol.

Lord knows how the owner got the fairlane grill to fit onto an XR front.

Has anyone else seen this car ? It was on the Sunshine Coast, I don't know if the car's local or not.

a LIMO with XR front.... but still had the grill.

ive seen a limo like this too.
ive also seen an EA with a EL fairmont grill cable tied onto the bonnet, looked shit.

I think it was cable tied to the bonnet protector.

haha, I almost bought an old EA wagon the other day which was used as a hearse

It had NA fairlane front, and a NA fairlane rear (hard to explain)

Guy only wanted 800 bucks for it, black paint was in top nick, motor and box fine.......he reckons cos it was getting old noone really would use it as a hearse and that he didnt think anyone in the general public would want to cruise around in a car that has had so many dead people in it....

I would have bought it, slammed it on some chromies with airbags and cruised it lol......but im a sick puppy.

i know wat ya mean about the NA rear, coachbuilders can do awesome work, they look factory eh...

and wouldnt it look pimpn' dumped on some chromies, especially if you were cruisin with a dumped LTD with the same treatment!. kit it out with LTD leather and it'd be awesome

and maybee a mahogany box in the back......
