OK Here we go.

Steel's Wallpaper:

Jpeg format (90k)
Bmp format (892k)

In future Steel, If you save the file in JPEG format (.jpg extension) it will reduce the size of the file dramatically without a huge loss in picture quality. And thankfully most computers will allow JPEG wallpapers.
