Well, as of later today, the 1998 AU Galaxy Blue XR6 VCT auto will be gone and will be replaced by a 1999 AU Galaxy Blue XR8 Auto - no body kit, 16" wheels but it does have cat back exhaust and Chip (apparently).
It's cost me about $3k for the privilege (which was the total opposite of why I originally wanted to get rid of the XR6), but I now have a V8 again! So I'm kind of happy.
One condition from the boss (missus) is that I am not allowed to do any mods to this car at all, apart from very minor detailing type mods (painted engine bits, and perhaps some interior bits and pieces) I will be taking the 17" Speedys off the wagon as well as the woodgrain wheel and auto surround, and the chrome door handles, so the wagon will revert to pov-pack bits (which is OK, as it's the missus car anyway).
I will post some photos up in the showroom at some stage.
Long live the XR6 - it was/is a great car, just 2 cylinders short!
Falkeen - if you read this, and you happen to have that Haymen-Reece towbar lying around, I want it (please). PM me if you still have it.

So, when are you getting a divorce? I'm guessing no mods will drive you to insanity within a year!:sr:
