I recall some discussion on XR6 and XR8 wagons here some time ago, but as 'XR6' is too short for the search function to operate...
Anyhow, who's got one of these beasts? Should Ford do another one, like the SS wagon?

Ford are building as many of these as they are of the Fairmont wagon. lol. (In case you don't know, that's a big fat zero).

Ooops maybe I should have been clearer - Ford/Tickford built an XR6 wagon from (I think) EB (S-XR6) to the end of EF. Not many, but they're out there. Does anybody here have one?

A mate of mine had one, ED, 5 speed XR6 wagon. He hated it, it rattled, didnt go very well, and caused him a lot of problems...
Maybe thats why they dont build them anymore!

My previous car I trade on my El was an ED xr6 wagon,it was brilliant car ,handled great and was quite quick for a station wagon /family car.looks the biz too.check the white one out in my gallery .

I think ford should keep building them as there is a market ,But this thread has been flogged up and down these forums for months so I dont see the need to start it again.

Put wagon in the search box and you'll find it a few times

Why not order a Futura I6 wagon with the options you want, and get someone like Herrods to do the front nose work? I know they used to do XR upgrades on falcons for AU (and possibly still do). While the car's there get them to bolt on the turbo, intercooler, zorst, 19" wheels......
