I must agree with Mavss, it was very nice.
the mirrors on the inside of the truck were blury so you coudnt see the whole thing clearly, but the front looks better in the flesh.
Was waiting to see who would post this first!
Sure it looked very nice as they do, but i was surprised as to how it was displayed to the public. Pictures have been released of the xr's on the website as well as a liftout in the motor magazine and herald sun. So all of us have already seen the whole exterior of the car. Why then, was only the front displayed in a skinny semi trailer where it was that cramped u only got a glimpse? If more than 6 people were inside there was a queue down the stairs outside, and when i passed there a lot of people were discouraged from looking at it because of this.
I thought it may have been better to have the car outside, roped off with security, or even put on the open side of a semi where the car is able to be seen whole and stands out to the crowd. Of course the windows would have to be tinted or blocked as the interior hasnt been revealed yet to the public.
Just my opinion in that it could have been displayed better so that more people actually know about whats coming up for ford, not tucked away in the front end of a semi. Get it out there and be known to the average bloke to be seen for the great car it is.
