OK.

This morning, and also last Friday I saw AUIII XR8 Cop sedans having pulled people over. This is the first time I have seen under cover AU chasers, they were both black, and looked really nice.
-well just about as nice as a cop car can be anyway.

Have Vic police finally decided to buy XR8s as well as SS - it's about time!

Keep an eye out for XR8 utes as well, they could be coppers as well from what I've been told!

Good to see the Vic police starting to use XR's again.

On Sunday I saw one of those revolting yellow SS marked Cop cars, I wonder what he was doing in Bendigo.:oo1:

In our area (Seymour . Vic) there is a silver V8 XL ute unmarked cop car...they even use the "stick your arm out the window and wack the magnetic flashing lights on the roof" blue & red lights ! It even has the stock steel rims too !!
And who can go past the mighty Avalon unmarked cop car here too !!! I bet the cops fight to get that one to drive :-)

Best I have seen was a unmarked BMW Motorbike, saw it on the Monash booking someone a couple months back.

to xfsvo in august i bought a au2 xr8 falcon it used 2 belong 2 vic police and yes they do buy fords. down side mine is 200kw but goes as hard raced at eastern creek best 14.86 @ 148kph 60f/t is 2.1 and was first time racing so little more 4 improvement.by the way handles like glue 2 the road rely good

Damn here in sydney all I see is SS commodores or toymota hylux with a campershell thing on the back. I'd say vic would be the first to get XR cop cars. Let's hope the rest of the states follow suit.
