Unless your driving thru bagdad, i dont reckon it would be necessary (yet) to armour plate your car in australia.

You do the whole "Gauntlet" in WA and go through Gosnells, Kenwick, Thornlie, Langford, Lywood and then pullup and find that all your mags have been stolen, your daughter is pregant, your wallet is stolen and your fuel is gone, and thats all without stopping. God help you if you get a red light.

Little Everly Street - Redfern NSW - if it can survive that street as a test, then I would give it a thumbs up !

For those who dont know, it is an heavily populated Aboriginal housing commission street, two cops almost got killed when they had to go there as the car they were in got ambushed by a mob of them, was in the papers as well.

But armour is a bit extreme and what's more weird is marketing it for an XR8. Maybe has something to do with the high sales of Falcon utes to the gay community.
