OMFG I can't take my eyes off that power bulge in the bonnet. Dam it is good. Subtle but awesome. Now when you see one of these coming down the road you will know it's packing the quad cammer. Just as the XY had the shaker to stand out from the rest then so too does the BA XR8 .

This bonnet will have immense marketing ability for the Falcon and coupled with those headlights gives the XR8 that badass bully boss look in the rearveiw mirror that it deserves. I think those words sum it up.

I hope Ford does something with the XR6 Turbo bonnet as well to let everyone know it's packing the big gun in the six range . Maybe some of those bonnet vents like the old xr's had would be just right for that one and would help stop heat build up from the turbo in the engine bay as well so they would not just be there for looks but serve a purpose.

One of those power bulged XR8's are on my shopping list.

Unfortunately the Turbo 6 bonnet is just like the stocky bonnet. But ohhhh that "Power Bulge" Gives you a bulge of your own doesn't it!

I think they'll (the vents) be sweet to see. It make an angry car look even angrier IMO.

ford had to make changes to the car just to fit this donk in, even to the extent of making more room at the top, hence the power bulge. Damn it looks horn, best looking car australia has produced by far IMO. And has all the goodies to go with it- brakes, suspension and balance. Whats the good of a car if it only goes fast straight?
