Yes I agree they would not be happy with the better build quality.

Old Mate, VX 255 is a typical die hard Holden fan, he doesn't have a clue and is blinded by Holdens marketing.

Typical tosser actually. Interesting comments from the yanks though.. not unexpected in light of their selections in the RWD V8 market.. rather slim pickings!

Yanks have been asking for large RWD cars like our Fords and Holdens ever since they knew what we were getting!

No, the response from the Americans to the T-series seemed to be pretty good! Hell, they envy what we get here! With stuff like this and others like mobile phones, etc. they'd think twice about labelling us as "Down Under" again! Also as for that Vx255 tos$%er, maybe refer him to VX R8 still not happy's thread about his "great" VX R8!!!! Typical, blind, ignorant Holden loving wa#@%ker!!!

Several years ago, my wife came to pick me up from my ship (Navy) when I owned a RAV4. They were only new in Australia and unheard of in the USA. There was a Yank ship in as well, I had to fight through a crowd of Yanks that were admiring it. I couldn't believe how much they liked it considering they are a lot like us in their love of large RWD V8s.

I thought the comment that the only V8 sedans they get are taxis was funny. He might be surprised to see that the Falcon is out taxi but then again they aren't TS50s either
