Its a transporter for moving aircraft fuselage around different factories in Europe for Airbus. Thats the old model too - they have 4 of those beer bellies and they have been retired for a jet version:

The top one is a modified Boeing 377 Stratocruiser. I belive AirBus operated 1 while NASA operated 4 or 5. They are referred to as the Super Guppy.
