yldsix xy ute update

hi guys

just to let you know i had a look at the xy ute yesterday and i am goin to buy it for 8500 with 12 months rego

ok the details were sketchy last time so here goes.
351 cleveland double valve springs, compression raised, running off unleaded, bigger cam, electronic dizzy with larger coil pack, 2v heads with 4v something or other couldn't understand u might be able to shed some light for me, gt front end with front spoiler as well, gt stripes painted into bonnet to gt specs, genuine gt revision mirrors, 9inch diff, toploader, lowered on 12 slotters with 265 at rear and 245 at front, oh and of course that loveable SHAKER hangin out of the bonnet.

ok know a few things that i will do to it that this guy has not yet.
speedo cable needs connecting, arial for radio needs putting in, and thats about it

ok interior is completely original nothing been done to it except bucket seats out of a xb so i could change a fair bit in there but im not going to. oh and it has a sports steering wheel

so thats it it will be my beast very soon cant wait.
and this thing does easy second gear burnouts even with those huge tyres!!! very quick indeed.

thanks

yldsix (soon to be yldeight). The 2V heads would have 4V valves fitted. Provided the body and paint is OK, you're getting a good deal!

and definately the pics will be up as soon as i pick her up prob on monday night or tuesday night at the latest so yeh nice pics up around wednesday at the very latest

and the paintwork is immaculate looks about three inches thick he has done a great job with it

yldeight could be on the cards guys but ill still have the trusty old fairmont ghia and it will have more mods to come being bigger diff ratio, 17's and some head porting still to come.
