Whats your favourite hideaway Restaurant where you really like the mood ,atmosphere and of cause the food,it may obviously be on rare that you frequent these places for a special ocassions.
I came across one last night in Tooradin called Wings & Finns Bar and Restuarant at the Tooradin Airfield,liked the setting with the airport next door and the view to the Westernport bay,as for food it was excellent and their main feature is Crayfish flown in directly from Flinders Island,they also have a wide range of food available such as Steak's,Chicken and Pasta dishes.But i had a whole Crayfish served on a big silver dish with Chips and nice fresh Salade and the cost was $75 and it was delicious,so it want to be for that price. lol

I live near Tooradin, and I drive past that airstrip all the time, but I never even thought to go and have a feed in there. but seeing as you've given it a good wrap I'll have to go and check it out.

Shanika's Italian bistro in Berwick, the food is very good, it can be hard to get in on the weekend.

Theres a really good place here in Mt.Waverley called Shanikas that i go to as well. Maybey its a franchise?

My favourite place is this French restaraunt called Bistro Cilieri (cant remmebr the exact name) near Chapel St. I love the richness of the atmosphere with deep wine and juicy steaks and the classic leather and oak.

well i got me a few places, mostly chinese/vietnamese and they aorund the corner from my house, damn they make the best beef noodles and combination pork and rice

as for places for atmosphere i choose the kava hut on hindley, nice place to just lay back and chill with ya mates

Ribs And Rumps. They have a restaurant a Gordon and Manly (Sydney) looking over the entire beach. Order 1kg steak and finish it, order a second 1kg steak and finish it they will give you a third 1kg steak. If you finish all 3kgs you get 10% of all your next meals for a full year, a complementary bottle of champers on entry and a photo of you on the wall of fame. Food is beautiful. mmm food.

I have been to many restaurants up here in the Dandenongs, but my favorite is The Pig & Whistle in Olinda, great warm, relaxed atmosphere, fireplace and candles on the tables and the food is just awesome

Jasmine. Award winning Indian restaurant in Hindmarsh Square, Adelaide. The BEST Indian food I have found in Adelaide. Chefs of Tandoori are also good on Unley Rd.
