1989 Bronco Timing

I have a 1989 Bronco with a new 351 engine. No power. Ford service guys say timing is O.K. Just had the transmission rebuilt and the and the fellow who did the rebuild does alot of Fords (C6 transmission). He said I should check the timing. The timing specs usually found under the hood are gone. Where can I get the timing specs or can someone tell me what they are?

Re: 1989 Bronco Timing

The timing should be set to 10 degrees BTDC with the spout disconnected. Unplugging the spout disables the electronic advance and allows you to set the base timing. Be sure the ignition is off when removing or installing the spout connector.
