The wiring is the easyest part there is one 12volt wire that goes to the top of the injector pump.
I think it might be easer to find a 3/4 ton diesel 4x4 hit in the rear that you could get all the sus parts from. and the transfer cas and trans.
There is a very good reason ford never put a 7.3 in a 1/2 ton truck. It just weighs too much for the suspension.
