Re: 6x6 Bronco?

looks real enough for me and it is possible to be done, but it would require alot of custon fitting and probably 4 wheel steering not to mention loads of $$$$.

Hey again I found some info and some parts used.

they used a V drive off a v8 powered speed boat. $1400
a custom made transfer case. $4900
4 drive lines.
extra axle.
extra suspension and hours and hours of custom body fab.

Re: 6x6 Bronco?

it is interesting looking. Upon looking at it further it looks like a photoshop job. the middle and rear tires are identical as far as marks, shadow, dirt and grass growing around them.

The middle suspension would be in the stomach of the driver as well. the springs used in the center are duplicated from the front as far as color, shadow and other little things. The change in angle would have adjusted for that.

There is also a blur effect that is on the middle arch towards the bottom rear where the moulding flairs out. Bleed from the black to the gold color.

Hmm I never look at it that close. But there was a small diagram on how to do it I guest they could only afford the idea and not the accual completed truck or they didnt want to cut up a perfectly fine bronco.

Fake or not still looks cool.

Re: 6x6 Bronco?

Aye, I wont argue that point. Looks cool. It would be an expensive proposition to build. But hell does look cool.

Re: 6x6 Bronco?

Is it possible to show us the scamatics or blue print or some kind way you did that to your Bronco, because that doesn't seem possible.

Re: 6x6 Bronco?

actually doing it would not be that hard. Now not in the position that the picture suggests mind you. That would beinsane to even attempt. Look back at it you can actually place a wheel arch there etc. You would have to conver the truck to a center driving position.

But as others have said this is a fake. I have seen some extended trucks adding a 3rd drive axle onto the rear.
