The aluminum bracket inside the fold-down arm rest broke on my '96 EB Bronco passenger seat. Does anyone have a parts source for the replacement arm rest bracket?

Also, I am considering repairing / replacing the torn factory leather on my seats, or covering them with good fitted seat covers. I'm sure others have had to deal with factory seats so I appreciate any recommendations.
