FORDS4ME Registered User Join Date: Jul 2002 Location: Washington State Posts: 13	96 with surge problems I have a white 96 aka the Juice that surges when cold. I'm about ready to change the EGR valve and see if that takes care of the problem. Before I lay down some serious cash to find out it's something else I thought I would check here.
