I have come into posession of a '69 429 that needs a little TLC

. I want to stuff it into my girlfriend's 79 Bronco. Other than some ignition headaches that I am expecting, (and a severe tire frying problem

)what other issues can I look forward to? And has anybody else pulled the 351M and put in a 429/460? WHat about the transmission? I presume it has a C-6 in it. Will it mate to the 429?

It should hook right up, I have a 460 in my 80 Bronco, no problems.

did you manage this swap yet ,? I see its an old post. I have installed an EFI 460 into a 78'
