Hi there,
I have an occasional clunk noise in the front, seems to happen after a long 'normal' drive and doing 90 degrees right or left turn at moderate speed (like you drive home through highway, exit, drive a couple of more miles and hard turn right to your court street).
My mechanics has been looking for a while, I did changed the front shocks (clunk noise still there).
It seems to come through the steering wheel (power steering was changed 3 years ago, so unlikely to be the issue).

It may be a tie rod end or even a balljoint. Has any of that been checked?
