Hello all! newbie here!

I am the president of the BAPOC Ford Probe club and recently I bought a 89' Bronco Eddie Bauer edition. The truck is great except for one problem. When coming to a stop or changing gears from Drive to Park the idle goes crazy for a minute or it stalls. I had the timing checked and it is fine. I changed the oil, fuel filter, pcv valve, plugs, and wires. After all that I still can't get it to stop stalling.

Any ideas.....

Does it have the 5.0 FI motor? My inlaws Bronco does somewhat the same thing. Idles up and down, real bad when cold.

yeah 5.0 motor and it does do it primarily when cold, but also when warmed up.
