Plan of attack for bronco engine swap

Hi, I'm bushin it at the monent with no real flat level surface concreted, what would the the best/easiest way to replace a straight 6 in?
I dont think it looks real easy to shoehorn in with transmisson in place/ the 4 speed manual look awkward to move/lower (with /without transfer case attached?)
any help please!

Re: Plan of attack for bronco engine swap

The last engine that I replaced with no flat surface, we pull the engine without the trans. Lifted the engine with a cherrypicker and rolled truck out from under it. Put it back in using my bronco to pull the other truck up to the engine while it was up in the air on the cherrypicker.
