Okay, I just recently bought a used 89 Bronco II, and so far everything works... EXCEPT that the turn signals work (apparently) at night when it's cooled down some. It seems like during the day, more specifically when I get off work, that the turn signals all of a sudden take a huge crap. If I turn on the hazard/emergency turn signals, they work no probelm. So that to me rules out a bulb problem. A few friends and I agree it might either be a fuse or relay. The problem with that is... I have NO manual whatsoever with this truck. It didn't come with one, and I've only had the truck for a whole 4 days.

What I want to see is if anyone has a fuse panel diagram for years 1988 through 1990. I want to rule out the fuse issue before moving on.

Check all the fuses with a test light if you do not have a manual.
Sounds to me like the actual turn signal switch (multi-function) going bad.

Apparently it was a fuse that wasn't in all the way. I had a friend from work take a look, and all he did was push it back in all the way, and now it works fine. Funny how sometimes the simplest answers generate the best results. :)
