"Stroke" a 302???

Can you put a larger cam in a ford motor and do the same as say a 350 w/ a 400 cam which makes a 383 stroker. What is the biggest cam I can put into my '86 fullsize to maximize its potential?

I think your confusing cam with crank. But summit sells a ford 347 stroker kit for the 302.

Drop a 351W in it. Motor mounts and bellhousing are the same.
