I have an 88 bronco with a steering column shifter automatic and wheel tilt. I am trying to get to the turn signal cam to change it. I removed the steering wheel and the nut underneath it but cant get that part off to get to the cam. Is there another way to access it at all?

Nope. If you take off the wheel you can see the cam there. There is nothing else blocking it.
