After removing door panel raise window full up and find a place under window to wedge in a large screw driver or wooden thingy under window between inner door sheet metal and outer skin. Next depends on if there are three to four large pop rivets looking at you if so. Smack the center pin out of them and using a hammer (i Use a three lb) and a chisel slice off the rivet heads. You will need a large 1/4 inch rivet gun and rivets. Reverse above and finish.
If no rivets look for 3 dimples in inner sheet metal and with a 3/8 drill bit drill three holes and using a 5/16 socket undo the bolts holding motor to regulator.then reverse. If manual windows start as above then with a 7/16 socket or what ever size and a sharpie mark around all bolt heads and remove bolts let regulator drop and remove after struggle.

OK new info your year uses a motor so look for 3 dimples in a triangle that just about line up with the motor bolts. These could be a metric size so holes maybeb bigger good luck.
