The 2002 "Birds In The Glen" International Thunderbird Club Convention will
be held During the week July 22-28, 2002. This years event will be held in the Fingerlakes region of Upstate NY! The Convention will be based out of the Painted Post Best Western Lodge On The Green where 100 rooms are already reserved. Reservations are already filling quickly. This event is open to all persons intersted in Thunderbirds, being a ITC member is not mandatory but you must be registered with the event to attend. Activities planned include Driving Tours to Natural Attractions in the Region, Local Museums, Driving tours of the Watkins Glen International Road Course as well as the original Watkins Glen Grand Prix Street and Road Course through the hillsides and Village Streets in Watkins Glen and a Dinner Cruise on Seneca Lake. Saturday morning there will be a Formal Concours Judged Thunderbird Show for Convention Registered attendees and a Thunderbird Show and Shine NON-Judged Fun Meet for those that want to join in for this great Thunderbird Event!
