Please follow these guidelines when posting events.

When Posting an Event:
In the thread Subject please post the Name of the Event, Where the Event is being held and The Date it is being held (Ex: Myrtle Madness, Myrtle Beach SC, 11/08/02). This will help people figure out what pertains to their area, and it will help me control which events are going to or already happened. This labeling will also help people to realize which threads are about upcoming events rather than threads discussing past events or picture posts from events. These threads should be used to ask questions or figure out who will be attending.

When the event has concluded I will close the event thread. Feel free to start new threads if you would like to discuss the event or post your pictures of the events. I will not close these (unless they violate board policy). This will help you to know what events are coming up and which have already happened and keep this forum less cluttered.
