Does anyone know where I can get a back dated brochure of the 2002 Ford Excursion, especially show factory navigation system in dash???

you may be able to luck out and find one on ebay. Back dated sales brochures are hard to come by, especially from 6-7 years ago. Even if you found one, chances of it having a photo of the nav system isn't entirely likely..but it is possible.

You could also search on Ebay for a ford excursion, just to find the photo your after!
