Front caliper pins freezing

I have consistent problems with the right front caplier pins freezing and not allowing the caplier to float properly. Three questions:
1. What works best for lubing?
2. How frequent do they need lubed?
3. Has anybody convinced Ford to provide warranty coverage on this item?

use a synthetic grease, we use sta-lube 33 in our shop,we also sell it.
you should be able to get it from any reputable brake & clutch store.
the problem with normal grease it swells the rubbers which makes the slides sticky.you normally only need to lubricate each time you replace pads.
what type of car is it??
also rust can grow under the rubber in the slides, which in turn makes slides tight.
