Ford Recalls 145,500 Vehicles
DETROIT (Reuters) - Ford Motor Co. is recalling 145,500 vehicles due to potential engine and wheel problems, the second-largest U.S. automaker said on Wednesday.
The recall affects 2003 model year F-Series Super Duty pickup trucks, Excursion sport utility vehicles.
The pickup trucks and Excursion SUVs have problems with engine connectors that could lead to starting problems.
Both the vehicles were built from December 1, 2002, through March 31, 2003, in Ford's Kentucky truck plant.
