I am having the windshield replaced Fri and is there anything I should know such as leaking problems ect after replacement? I am already getting wind and minor water leaks from the top left and right corners and have been for some time.

Also has anyone had any dealings with 89glass.com or glassone.com? They offered me a $50 discount off of my deductable with a 10 year nationwide warranty against manufacture defects & any leaks.

I just went through the order process with them and ended up in a 3way call with my insurance company to verify my policy info and the $100 deductible and finally the man from my insurance company spoke up and said that this glass company is not on their recommended list of glass installers and could be hidden charges in the end that the insurance would not pay for... Katie bar the door, these two people locked horns and I was like LMAO! This was way better than the rerun of Cops I was watching when the woman called! The lady said they would accept what Shelter insurance would pay for the sealant, seals and whatever it took to do the job.

I hope all goes well. The old Taurus is at 105K now and I'm going to reduce her to liability after this and put her on light duty as It's time to buy something newer. I sorta like the new Taurus.....
