04 Taurus Air Conditioner malfunction, help - Ford Forums - Mustang Forum, Ford Trucks, Ford Focus and Ford Cars

The air conditioner cannot cool my car. Even if I adjust the temperature to the lowest, the wind from the AC is still warm. I am not a car man and not skillful, can anyone help me? Highly appreciate!

Other than checking fuses, this sounds like it is beyond your abilities. Take it to a shop and have them find your problem.

One more question is that where the fuses are?
I read the user's manual but cannot find it.

Turn on the A/C and see if the compressor is running. If it is then you more than likely have a problem with the blend door on the heat box. If It's not then you are either low on freon or you have an electrical issue with the A/C system.

Taken from the owners manual:
Inside the passenger compartment, location #27 10A
Power distriibution box (under the hood) location #18 10A, and location #33 is a circuit breaker.
