Hello. I have a 2007 Taurus and my heat isn't working right. It's blowing fine, but the air isn't warm at all. I have read around online a few possibilities I've come across were that the temperance blend door couldn't be messing up, or some supply hoses could be clogged. I don't know where either of these things are lcoated though. I don't know a lot about cars, but if pointed in the right direction I cam usually fix it, so I'm hoping for a bit of guidance ao where these things are and how to get to them. Thanks in advance for any advice.

Could also be faulty thermostat i.e stuck open .But many possible causes . Take it coolant level o.k ?

Yea, the coolant level looks good. I can't view that video from my phone, ok check it out when I get home. Thanks for the responses. There is also a constant squealing noise on the right side of the engine bay if you are looking at it. Not sure if that's relevant or a separate issue. That started before we knew the heat was messed up, but them again, we just now had to turn the heat on in the car.

Quite a few things can cause squeal . Could check for slipping belts , first and easiest to check .

The squeal from the drivers side of the engine could be the cam synchronizer. 2003 Ford Taurus

Thanks for the video. Checked the actuator and it seems fine. Anyone have any advice as to where the blend door is and how to get to it? I read it can get stuck from time to time.

Read over that thread and checked out some videos of that part. That's the exact noise I'm getting. Ordered my part online. Thanks for the advice for the cam synchronizer.
