Hello,

Got a 96 Taurus that belongs to my nephew and it's turning into a pile. Everytime get the car running correct something else seems to happen. Got a P0755 code now, wondering if anyone can link me to fix or tell me how to go about taking care of this. If im not mistaken the solenoids are in the transmission pan that I/we may need to replace.

High line pressure triggers this code. Now is the solenoid bad or is there a blockage in the system leading to the solenoid ? Do you have all gears ? Changing this solenoid, which is NOT fun may not fix it. Have a proper code scanner put on it from a transmission shop first.

Dont know if it's blocked or bad yet. Car has all gears still, just jumps to 4k between 1-2 shift. Will do for the trans shop code scaner.
