hey guys! i was just wondering a few things on my 97 ford taurus. help if you can!

i noticed a grinding/hissing noise when i turn the wheel. its faint but its there. i checked the power steering fluid and it was a little low so i filled it up and left it for the night. teh next morning i started it and it still had the noise. what could it be? what should i do?

also, i noticed a faint clicking noise in the alternator (or at least that where im sure its coming from) any ideas?

Just turning the steering wheel stationary or moving around 30-50MPH???
