2000 Ford Taurus Wagan- Adding Freeon? How and Where?

My AC is blowing warm air, so I figured it was time for a re-charge, So I went to Advance Auto and bought a Recharge kit ( see picture below)...My problem is i dont know where the charge port is and how to use the kit....Please advise!!!! Thanks in advance.

that is in the business.

Chipset's advice X2! Overcharging an R-134a system actually reduces cooling performance. In fact, over or under charge by as little as 2-oz can affect cooling. The best way to get max cooling out of R-134 system is to completely discharge and refill with the exact charge.
