2000 Taurus flex fuel misfire

I have a 2000 Ford Taurus, 100,000 miles. Started running terrible out of nowhere, cutting out, jumping etc. It's throwing a cylinder 3 misfire code. New spark plugs and coil pack, getting spark and fuel. It runs better cold, and even better at gas levels 1/8 tank or less. Any ideas?

Checked out fine... When the tank is filled to 1/4 or higher misfire starts within minutes of starting it, once the level drops, the car resumes running without misfire, albeit a little rough.
