NO. You don't say what engine. Without seeiing the car and doing a compression test there is no way to tell. From what you have said you might want to look for another engine.
If it got as hot as you say the head and manifold gaskets are probably burned
away. If you have aluminum heads ( you don't say what engine ) they are
probably done too. Bottom line. The engine is finished if it got as hot as you say. It could run again but you just took 50,000 miles off your crank shaft and
bearings. I could be wrong but ?
