2001 Mercury Sable Power Window Issue

Good day, I am having an issue with my 2001 Mercury Sable power windows. Here's some background:

I removed the door panel to replace my passenger-side mirror assembly. In the process, I rolled down the window to completely remove the panel. I also unplugged all of the connectors.

So I got the mirror assembly removed and went to roll the window back up, and nothing happened. No clicking, no sounds from the motor, nothing at all. I thought maybe the window button electrical connectors are wired together (i.e., removing one connector would prevent them all from working), so I plugged the connector back into the passenger door panel. But no dice.

For more clarification, the power windows do not work from any of the buttons, anywhere in the car. Literally 10 minutes before (when I rolled the window down to remove the door panel) there were no problems.

Any ideas on what may be going on here? I am confused as to why none of the power windows work now, which makes me think I knocked something loose on the passenger side when I took the panel off.

Side note: any suggestions on how to raise the window? It is stuck down...

Thank you!

Check fuses 210, 211, and 226 in the fuse box. If the fuses are good, try disconnecting and reconnecting the battery. You can go into Autozones website for free online wiring diagrams.

I took a look in the owner's manual, and they do not list fuses 210, 211 or 226. I'm guessing 210 refers to fuse 10 in the interior fuse box by the pedals?

Probably, if I got this right, the first digit designates which fuse box, the second 2 designate the fuse in that box.

That is correct.

Great, thanks for the help! Of course the one fuse I neglected to check the first time around was blown.
